Order With Roes
You can place an order using our Snelson ROES online ordering system simply, quickly and conveniently from the comfort of your office or home. Your images are encapsulated with all the order data and sent directly to our print servers. We start working on your order as soon as it finishes sending from your computer. Just follow the steps below and you'll be on your way to care-free order placement. If you have any questions about using Snelson ROES please contact us, we are happy to help you through the process.
Start by clicking on any ROES link on our website. There is a ROES link on every page. After clicking on the link a Java launch utility might start up with a dialog box requesting access. Some systems just connect without asking. If your system asks for access just click the "Allow" button and ROES will load. You'll see a Java splash screen and a couple of little progress bars before ROES opens into the "Start" screen. Once ROES starts, read the step-by-step instructions, using ROES will be much easier if you have an understanding of how it works.
Once you have used ROES for the first time a Snelson ROES start-up icon will be placed on your desktop. You can access Snelson ROES directly from your desktop by just clicking the icon without going back into our website.
Direct Upload
Before using this upload utility we strongly suggest you try our ROES online ordering system. It is easier, faster and more convenient than this upload utility and no registration is required. To use ROES just click here and allow the Java launch utility to run.
If you are new to the Upload Utility, click the "New User Registration" button to register. Please be aware that this Upload Utility will only allow you to upload a single file at a time. If you have more than one image to send to us and you really want to use this utility instead of ROES you will need to put all of your images in a new folder and create a ZIPed folder to upload. Then you will need to enter all of your instructions, per image into the "Special Instructions" field. Like we recommended before, ROES is easier.
If you have used the Upload Utility you should already be registered, just click the "Login" button and enter your username and password.
